How to become a member of the GUTENBERG HOME Loyalty Program

• Fill out the form on our website.
• In the telegram bot.
• Fill out a questionnaire at the reception in the hotel lobby.

Upon registration, we give you 200 bonus points, and you immediately receive the first «LOFT» status. After each subsequent check-in, you will be charged 6% of the paid services. Points are awarded after your departure.

How to spend points

After accumulating over 500 points, you can pay up to 50% of the amount of accommodation, breakfast, early check-in and late check-out, additional room space. 1 POINT = 1 RUBLE.

Important information

Points can only be credited and debited from your account when booking in the following ways:

• on the official website of the hotel
• by phone +7 812 241 8888 or gutenberghotel@gmail.com
• direct INSTAGRAM/VK/FACEBOOK

When booking, you must provide the full details filled in during registration: full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail. Points are not transferred to other members of the loyalty program and hotel guests.
